Overview
Comma helps businesses to complete bulk payments.
Within the application, you can select the bills you want to pay and create payment runs. The payments are made from an existing bank account and can be scheduled for a later date. It can also bulk-pay payroll, so if this is something that your business is looking for then Comma may be the app for you.
Comma:
- Syncs with your accounting software
- Allows you to select the bills from within the software, or from a payroll file
- Connect your bank account to process your payments
For accountants, Comma can remove the need to access your bank account. You can set up payments directly within Comma.
The software utilises open banking, which allows users to set up payment runs outside of regular business bank accounts.
The cost to use Comma is based on the number of payees on a per-payment run basis.
Comma integrates with Sage Business Cloud and Xero, so if you’re a user of these apps, you can get the most out of the product. The bills are then displayed in Comma and available for selection in the pay run. The integration and automation potential can also remove the risk of human error.
